Receive

Отримати повідомлення. DOC_TYPE=101
Ідентифікатор користувача: підписаний/непідписаний ЄДРПОУ+код філії, блок з DOC_TYPE=101.
Відповідь: код з ProcessResult, блок даних, текст помилки.
signedId - ЄДРПОУ + @ + ФІЛІЯ
messageOut - Відправлене повідомлення
messageIn - Отримане повідомлення
textError - текст помилки у разі виникнення
